You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, subject our giving you a Return Authorization (RA), for a full refund. Please call customer service at 1-800-221-5202 or email Support@MercerEducationOnline.com to request an RA number. Once the RA has been created, all items should be returned in their original product packaging to Mercer Culinary Attn: MEO Customer Service, 1860 Smithtown Ave, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. Please make sure to include the RA number on the packaging and any documentation sent.
We will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. * Embroidered items cannot be returned unless there was an error by the manufacturer. |
