The Student Ordering Process

Schools have the ability to create product packages for their students by specifying individual items and quantities at negotiated rates (the Mercer Culinary manager works with you to configure your students' custom package). Once a package has been created, an unlimited number of linked authorization codes can be generated by the Mercer Culinary manager and provided to the school administrator for distribution to the students. Each student simply goes to MercerEducationOnline.com/student, and enters their provided authorization code. The package of items is displayed and the student proceeds to specify sizes, embroidery options (if enabled) and a delivery address. At the end of the month, the school is sent a single invoice for only the orders which are satisfied.
