Mercer Culinary School Ordering
The Student Ordering Process
Key benefits are:
- School staff no longer have the hassle of ordering/collecting/distributing/exchanging/returning items.
- Uniforms can be shipped directly to the students.
- The school can control exactly how many transactions are authorized.
- Students specify their correct sizing for jackets, pants, etc… as well as enter their exact embroidery text (if authorized by school).
- Quick and easy ordering process for students.
Schools have the ability to create product packages for their students by specifying individual items and quantities at negotiated rates (the Mercer Culinary manager works with you to configure your students' custom package). Once a package has been created, an unlimited number of linked authorization codes can be generated by the Mercer Culinary manager and provided to the school administrator for distribution to the students. Each student simply goes to
MercerEducationOnline.com/student, and enters their provided authorization code. The package of items is displayed and the student proceeds to specify sizes, embroidery options (if enabled) and a delivery address. At the end of the month, the school is sent a single invoice for only the orders which are satisfied.

The Wholesale Ordering Process

- School has the flexibility of ordering/collecting/distributing/exchanging/returning items.
- Uniforms can be distributed through the school.
Process overview:
- Custom rates are negotiated and configured for specific items with a Mercer Culinary representative (one-time)
- Client is granted access to the Wholesale Store (one-time)
- Client clicks to enter the wholesale store and is shown just the specifically negotiated items.
- Standard add-to-cart functionality for selecting items.
- Client can checkout and either be invoiced monthly or pay via credit card.
- Items are shipped to the school directly.
